Who we are…

Emily Tully

Emily is a lifelong learner and guide who is deeply passionate about sharing the practices that have shaped her life. She has taught yoga and meditation around the world for more than ten years and has completed over 500 hours of training. Her teaching blends yoga philosophy, thoughtful body alignment, and breathwork to create classes that are both grounded and meaningful.

Emily approaches yoga as a practice that helps people reconnect with themselves (mind, body, and spirit) while feeling supported in community. She strives to create welcoming spaces where students of all levels feel comfortable exploring, learning, and growing. Her classes weave together movement, mindfulness, and reflection, encouraging students to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate balance both on and off the mat.

Inspired by nature, travel, and the wisdom of traditional yoga teachings, Emily believes the practice is a powerful tool for connection. She is passionate about bringing people together through retreats and shared experiences that foster curiosity, presence, and a sense of wonder. Through her teaching, Emily hopes to help others feel more grounded, open-hearted, and inspired in their everyday lives.

Meet Emily & Shir

Shir Cohen

Shir is a multi-passionate entrepreneur whose work bridges wellness, creativity, and education. She is a yoga teacher, personal trainer, professional chef, health coach, real estate agent, and children’s book author. Shir founded a healthy baked goods company and also created a children’s educational program offering a wide range of courses designed to inspire curiosity and learning.

Her journey with yoga began through a deeply personal healing experience. After a severe back injury left her unable to walk for over a year, Shir turned to yoga as part of her recovery. Through dedication and consistent practice, she made a full recovery; an experience that continues to shape the compassion and intention she brings to her teaching today.

Shir is a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training and holds additional credentials in personal training, health coaching, and plant-based nutrition from Cornell. Her classes thoughtfully weave together elements of Ayurveda, breathwork, energy awareness, and storytelling to support balance in both body and mind. She brings a warm, creative approach to her teaching, encouraging students to explore movement, nourishment, and self-care as part of a holistic path to well-being.
