Your Dream Retreat Awaits…
Sowilo Resort & Spa | Cambridge, NY
Join us this autumn on November 6th-8th at Sowilo, a family-owned sanctuary in the Green Mountains situated in Hudson Valley, NY. Sowilo is devoted to personal awakening, nature, and community. As the leaves turn and the season invites reflection, we gather to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly nourishes us.
Rooted in the belief that healing begins in nature and deepens in community, Sowilo offers the perfect setting to release the noise of everyday life and return to your center. Emily and Shir will guide your experience through yoga practices, meditation, and moments of stillness, balanced with outdoor adventures, nourishing farm-to-table meals, and meaningful connection.
Stay in cozy geodesic domes or contemporary tiny homes designed to keep you comfortable while immersed in the beauty of the land. Each detail of your experience is crafted with care, inviting you to feel supported, restored, and deeply at home.
