Do I need to have yoga experience?

Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels, including beginners. Each practice will offer variations so you can move at your own pace and choose what feels best for your body.

What airport should I fly into?

The closest airport is Tulum International Airport, about a 40 minute ride to Amansala. However, there are more flight choices at Cancun International Airport, about 1 hour and 15 minute ride to Amansala. Either Airport has shuttle service included.

What time is arrival and departure?

Arrival is typically between 1:00–3:00 PM on the first day. Note* Your room may not be ready until 3:00PM.
Departure will be by noon on our final day.

A detailed schedule will be shared before the retreat.

Are meals included?

Yes. The retreat includes:

• Snacks and refreshments

• Dinner

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes. We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs and restrictions. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences when you register so we can plan accordingly.

If you have a severe allergy or specific medical dietary requirement, feel free to reach out to us in advance to make sure we can support your needs.

Can I come alone?

Yes — many guests attend retreats solo. Retreats are a wonderful way to meet like-minded people, and we create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

• Comfortable yoga clothing

• Layers for cool evenings

• A bathing suit

• Sunscreen and a hat

• A journal

• Reusable water bottle

Yoga mats and props will be available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

What is the group size?

We are expecting up to 20 retreaters.

What if I need downtime?

The retreat schedule includes plenty of free time to relax, explore the beach, enjoy the pool or simply rest.

Everything is optional, and you are encouraged to listen to your needs.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due November 1, 2026.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

How do I reserve my spot?

A deposit of $750 is required to reserve your room. Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with additional retreat details and payment schedule.

Spaces are limited and retreats typically fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a valid passport is required for all U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico. Make sure your passport is not expired and has at least 6 months of validity from your date of entry.
