The Radiant Retreat is a thoughtfully curated 4 night, 5 day experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself, nature, and a supportive community.

Set on several peaceful acres near Joshua Tree National Park, Gaia Villa offers a serene and inspiring backdrop for our time together. Surrounded by wide desert skies, sculptural Joshua Trees, and golden sunsets, this retreat invites you to slow down and return to what matters most.

Each day will include grounding yoga practices and energizing Pilates practices, meditation, nourishing meals, time in nature, and space to simply rest. Between sessions, enjoy the villa’s beautiful amenities including the saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and desert views that stretch endlessly into the horizon.

This retreat is intentionally designed to balance movement, stillness, and connection so you leave feeling clear, energized, and deeply restored.

Whether you come with a friend or on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace and enjoy the experience fully.

    Horse Hang or Ride at Knob Hill Ranch

    Guided horseback rides into the scenic trails of Joshua Tree National Park, with options for all levels of riders. Guests can also visit the ranch to spend time with the horses and take part in grooming. LEARN MORE

  • Do I need to have yoga experience?

    Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels, including beginners. Each practice will offer variations so you can move at your own pace and choose what feels best for your body.

    What airport should I fly into?

    The closest airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), about one hour from Gaia Villa.

    What time is arrival and departure?

    Arrival is typically between 3:00–5:00 PM on the first day.
    Departure will be 10am on our final day.

    A detailed schedule will be shared before the retreat.

    Are meals included?

    Yes. The retreat includes:

    • Daily breakfasts

    • Onsite or to-go lunch

    • Snacks and refreshments

    Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
    Yes. We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs and restrictions. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences when you register so we can plan accordingly.

    If you have a severe allergy or specific medical dietary requirement, feel free to reach out to us in advance to make sure we can support your needs.

    Can I come alone?

    Yes — many guests attend retreats solo. Retreats are a wonderful way to meet like-minded people, and we create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

    What should I bring?

    We recommend bringing:

    • Comfortable yoga clothing

    • Layers for cool desert evenings

    • Walking shoes for hikes

    • Sunscreen and a hat

    • A journal

    • Reusable water bottle

    Yoga mats and props will be available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

    What is the group size?

    This is an intimate retreat with a small group, allowing for personal connection and a relaxed atmosphere.

    What if I need downtime?

    The retreat schedule includes plenty of free time to relax, explore Joshua Tree, enjoy the pool and hot tub, or simply rest.

    Everything is optional, and you are encouraged to listen to your needs.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due January 15, 2027.

    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

    How do I reserve my spot?

    A deposit of $750 is required to reserve your room. Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with additional retreat details and payment schedule.

    Spaces are limited and retreats typically fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that a non-refundable $750 deposit (that goes towards the cost of your final payment) is due to secure your room.

  • Each registrant must make a deposit.

  • Full payment is due by January 15, 2027 and all registrants after that date must pay in full.

  • Cancellations before January 1, 2027 will receive a full refund minus the $750 deposit. After that date, payments are non-refundable due to resort commitments.
